We are holding 20 room right now. We can add more - as long as space is available. Imagine if 30 people were to make their commitment on the June 15 deadline -- that would be a huge scramble. The sooner we know how many people are coming the easier it is for us at Trinity Church. So Please -- save us some stress. As soon as you know you want to travel with us -- send in your deposit. By booking early we know how many are travelling and are able to make sure we have enough hotel rooms and the right size motor-coaches. And that will also mean that Vicars, who is already becoming follicly challenged, will keep a few more hairs in his head.
Early Bird Discount -- until May 15
Here is a way to help us -- and cut yourself a little "early bird discount." Most our group expenses for this pilgrimage are payable by us in US Funds. However, we do have some expenses to cover in Canadian Dollars. So here is how you create your own "Early Booking Discount." All who send in their deposit by May 15, 2017 or earlier can pay the $300 in Canadian Funds. With an 1.34 that saves about $105 -- so fire your cheque in the mail today -- please.
Deposits are Non-Refundable
Deposits commit you to travelling with us and are used to cover our costs for arranging this pilgrimage. So deposits, once made, are non-refundable. So do buy travel insurance to cover cancellations. There is one exception to this. -- in the unlikely event that we need to cancel the pilgrimage tour -- Trinity will refund all deposits.
Now that I have stated "the official" rules about deposits..... here is a footnote -- particularly applicable to people who pre-pay the whole cost early. Once we know that we have enough people to make the group work, we commit to our Tour Operator, sending him funds that we have received. Once we have forwarded your money to our tour operator in Israel -- refunds are not possible. But during the time between receiving money from you -- and the time we actually send the money to our tour operator -- if you need to cancel for some good reason, we would give you as much of a refund as we are able. Of course we might need to keep some to cover your share of the expenses we have already borne. Bottom line -- Trinity Church will be fair with you.
