Steps to Join our Pilgrimage
If you've decided you want to join us on our May 2023 pilgrimage here are your next steps:
1. Have a good look at the "Home" and "Tour Details" Pages on this site. Make a list of your questions. Email or phone to let us know you are interested and ask your questions. 2. Complete our online Registration Form. If you have difficulty call or email. 3. Send your deposit to Trinity Anglican Church, contact information to the right. After we receive your registration we will endeavour to respond to you promptly confirming receipt. Please remember please that +Vicars is working right now as a full-time parish priest and sometimes it takes a few days for him to see and respond to email. Is there still Room?
The size of our group is limited by bus capacity (50) and the number of Hotel Rooms we can secure.
UPDATE: As of Jan. 28, 2023 At most there is room for 3 or 4 more people. If you are still hoping to join our pilgrimage I think we can fit you in but please let me hear from you by Feb.5 latest.
The process:
We start out with a block or reserved hotel rooms (25) and known space on the bus (50). So our practical limit is either hotel space or bus, whichever comes first. Usually we run out of hotel rooms before we run out of space on the bus. As we approach the point of filling all rooms we regularly request additional rooms and submit the required deposits. This process continues until we reach bus capacity or we cannot obtain additional rooms.
2023 will be busy
Because 2023 will be a very busy year, adding rooms after mid-December may be difficult. (In 2017 we ran out of rooms in mid-January before space on the bus.) Thus, if you want to be sure of a place in our entourage, we urge you to register and send your deposit ASAP.
