Steps to Join our Pilgrimage

Ready to Join our 2027 Pilgrimage?  Here are the next steps:

1. Read through the website.
Please begin by looking carefully at the Home and Tour Details pages. As you read, make a note of any questions you may have.

2. Get in touch.
Email or phone us using the contact information provided on this page. Let us know you are interested, and feel free to ask any questions. We will be glad to respond, let you know about current availability, and provide the most up-to-date information.

3. Complete the online Registration Form.
Once you are ready to proceed, please complete our online Registration Form. If you have any difficulty with the form, simply call or email and we will be happy to help.

4. Send your deposit.
  • Please send your deposit to TrinityTour. Information about deposit amounts and payment methods can be found on the Tour Details page.
  • Once we receive your registration, we will confirm receipt as promptly as possible.  Occasionally it may take a few days to respond to email, so if your question is urgent, please feel free to phone.

Is there still Room?

Spaces Available
          As of June 1, 2026, we have 26 spaces available.
  • Our maximum group size is determined by two factors: the capacity of our motor coach and the number of hotel rooms we are able to secure. The coach can accommodate up to 54 passengers. At present, we have a block of 20 hotel rooms reserved.
  • We are still at the beginning of the registration process, so there is good availability. However, hotel rooms become harder to secure as we get closer to departure, especially for a busy pilgrimage year. Registering early is the best way to be sure of a place.

How availability works
  • We begin with a reserved block of hotel rooms and confirmed space on the coach. Our group limit is reached when we run out of either hotel rooms or bus seats — whichever comes first.
  • In practice, we usually run out of hotel rooms before we reach bus capacity. This was the case on our 2017 and 2023 pilgrimages.
  • As registrations come in and our room block fills, we request additional rooms when they are available and submit the required deposits. This process continues until we either reach bus capacity or can no longer secure additional hotel rooms.

A note about 2027
  • The year 2027 is expected to be a busy one for travel in the Holy Land. After December 15, 2026, it may become difficult to add more hotel rooms to our group block.  
  • For that reason, those who wish to join the pilgrimage are encouraged to register and send their deposit as soon as possible.
