Steps to Join our Pilgrimage

If you've decided you want to join us on our May 2024 pilgrimage here are your next steps:
1. Have a good look at the "Home" and "Tour Details" Pages on this site. Make a list of your questions. 2. Email or phone (contact info at right) to let us know you are interested and ask any questions. We will answer your questions, let you know about availability, and provide latest info. 3. Complete our online Registration Form. If you have difficulty call or email. 4. Send your deposit to TrinityTour, contact information to the right. Info about deposit amounts and ways to submit are on our details page. After we receive your registration we will respond to you promptly confirming receipt. Sometimes it takes a few days to respond to email. If you have questions, please feel free to phone. |

Is there still Room?
The size of our group is limited by bus capacity (50) and the number of Hotel Rooms we can secure.
Update: Sept. 1, 2023 We are at the very beginning of the registration process so there are lots of spaces available today. By December 31 we may well be full. After January 15 it is usually difficult or impossible to secure additional hotel rooms. Register early to be sure of a place
The process:
We start out with a block or reserved hotel rooms (20) and known space on the bus (50). So our practical limit is when we run out of either hotel space or bus seats, whichever comes first. Usually we run out of hotel rooms first. (In 2017 and 2023 we ran out of rooms before we were at bus capacity.) As we approach the point of filling all rooms we regularly request additional rooms and submit the required deposits. This process continues until we reach bus capacity or we cannot obtain additional rooms.
2024 will be busy
Because 2024 will likely be a busy year, adding rooms after mid-December 2023 may be difficult. (In 2017 and 2023 we ran out of rooms.) Thus, if you want to be sure of a place in our entourage, we urge you to register and send your deposit ASAP.
